I appreciated the flexible scheduling and the practical tips that directly helped me prepare for the road test. The instructor was patient and helped me build strong driving habits and safe skills. I passed on my first attempt, and the advice I received felt well tailored and effective. I’m grateful to have passed on my first try and that I was also given a ride home after the road test even though ICBC was slightly behind and it took a long time to complete the whole road-test appointment.
