They sent a bouquet that, while lovely, it wasn’t quite what I had ordered. Without any fuss, and with the same speedy turnaround, another bouquet was sent without charge to match my preferences. Stellar service all round. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best florist I have ever ordered or received flowers from. The bouquets are not only beautiful but they smell divine. Every one I have received is in a beautiful glass vase with a green leaf decoratively lining it, showing that the have a great attention to detail. Also included a rare orchid, which as an orchid enthusiast, I was very pleased with. If you order flowers from here, the recipient will feel a whole different level of appreciation compared to the typical flower receiving experience. I highly recommend.
