I was very happy with the skin care treatments I had been receiving from Janka who I had known since she worked with Dr Warren and since this skin care facility seemed like a reputable place, I scheduled an appointment to have Botox & fillers done there as well. The Dr that did the injections did not want to put numbing cream on my face which I thought was strange, she ultimately complied to my request however after 20 min , which is not usually enough time to numb your skin, she said she was going to start with the Botox, which I know is not that painful so I was fine. With that. She then started “supposedly “ putting filler in my face but it was far more painful than normal, I turned to look at the syringe and she was trying to hide it behind her back, I initially thought she did not want me to see the size of the needle she was using, not wanting me to get scared however, After my appointment she said she used $1,600 in product , which I thought was excessive since I’ve been having this treatment at Dr Warrens office for about 10 years and I’ve never paid that much. The person that normally provides my treatments was away and I had a function so, I thought I would try this skincare facility.. I made eye contact with this Dr since I did feel like she was not being truthful but of course, I had no way to prove the time but I shouldn’t have to feel like I should need to pay attention in fear of being taken advantage of however this Dr was working on a commission based and using her own product so of course she could do something like that. The product should be supplied by the skin care centre. The next day it looked like somebody had beat me up and I had told her about the function I was supposed to attend so I was very upset. I had brought this to the attention of the owner & she stated she would have Janka provide a facial . I did appreciate that however, once the swelling went down, I realized that she had put next to no product in my face at all, I felt the facial was not fair compared to what I paid, $1,600. . I tried to speak to the owner of the spa regarding this and her reply stunned me. Her reply was “well that’s not my problem. I fired that doctor. She doesn’t work here anymore so if you want her phone number, you can take it up with her.” I did not go there because I knew who the Dr was, I went because I trusted that anyone that would be there would be a professional. I came based on the reputation of that skin care facility. The owner mentioned “I’m not going to do anything for you because the facial you had was worth more than the commission I made from the $1,600 you paid! Clearly, she does not care whether the physician she has representing her business is good at what they do, as long as they bring in money. That is really disappointing considering I have been going there for years for my skin care treatments. The fact that I was a faithful returning, client was
irrelevant,. It’s not her problem so if you need anything other than a facial please do not waste your money at this skin care centre

I heard about Natasa some time last year though a friend and immediately booked a consultation. From the moment I met her she was very inviting, knowledgeable and I could tell that she really wanted to help. I had extremely stubborn sun spots/damage mostly around under eye area. For years I searched and tried all different creams, oils, serums, and facials but nothing worked. I pretty much gave up, until I found Natasa. Not only did she help me with my damaged skin, but she also helped me gain back my confidence and feel beautiful in my own skin again. To say that she is good at what she does would be an understatement. She is gentle, professional, warm, considerate and has never pushed to sell a treatment or cream that wasn’t needed. I highly recommend seeing Natasa to anyone who is thinking about possibly booking as I wish I knew about her years earlier. If I could give 100 stars I would!!

Wow I had BTL exilis done on my eyes today and I saw immediate results with skin tightening and dark circles were drastically reduced! I feel very refreshed. I will be going back again. Thank you to my tech Paris! Everyone was very kind at the spa and it’s a lovely location on the water to go for a seawall walk after :)
