Thank you to the staff at Equinox. Maren helped me sign up and was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful with all my questions. Safe environment to work on your health, and being someone who has struggled with my mental health- it’s a great spot to focus on wellbeing and meet likeminded people in a positive environment. The gym is spotless, the staff is welcoming, and the amenities and classes included with the membership make it a great place to work out. Highly recommend ?
The best thing about Equinox is always smells so good here. Taking shower and getting ready to go is also so easy. Everything ia clean. You can enjoy the workout at anytime of the day.

My personal experience has been with my trainer, Amir Rostami, and I can confidently say he is the best trainer I’ve ever had. Amir is highly knowledgeable, supportive, and incredibly well-trained. He tailored every session to my specific needs, focusing on my areas of weakness and helping me significantly improve my strength and mobility.
