I visited Empower Health for several treatments over the summer, and one of the most appreciated and impactful experiences I had was with Maryam. I did multiple craniosacral treatments with her, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much emotional release and internal insight I gained through our sessions.
After having an unexpected emergency surgery, I returned to see Maryam during my recovery. I wasn’t sure what to expect and felt a bit hesitant since I was still healing, but Maryam was incredibly gentle, thoughtful, and respectful of my body’s needs.

I love coming here for my Cranial sacral therapy. Maryam is wonderful both in skill and in presence/energy that she brings to the sessions. Since Maryam is a physiotherapist, people would be pleased to know that her sessions would be covered under your physio extended work benefits!
Maryam was incredible with physiotherapy and cranial sacral. My higher self and soul came through and I felt emotions that had been trapped in my body and ancestrial trauma come through. I felt healing and guidance for my life path come through. Pain in my knee, hip and ear disappeared in my session. I felt secure in my life journey and I personally had a realization about the significance of my throat Chakra. The staff were very welcoming and gave great advice on a local Cafe to visit. Parking was relatively easy on the street.
