After being directed to Warren by a fellow climber, my finger has been healing amazingly thanks to his help! Not only did he guide me through my recovery, he also provided tips to help prevent further injury. I can’t recommend him highly enough, especially as a climber!

Warren is the absolute best, and I was lucky I found him when I subluxed my shoulder while attempting a hard move on a climb. (Yes, not only he will fix you up, you'll also learn these fancy terms as a bonus) He has a very positive and friendly attitude, and being a climber himself he understands active recovery and getting back to the sport gradually. His mindset really helped when I was devastated and thought the world will end if I have to put a short pause on climbing :)

I've been going to Elios Health for my physiotherapy (Warren) and acupuncture (Crystal) appts. As a person who is very physically active, it's great to know the practitioners are very knowledgeable about sport and movement.
