I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The staff member who did my eyebrows was unprofessional and seemed unsure of what she was doing. Before starting, I clearly asked for arched eyebrows, but she ended up giving me a round shape instead, which does not suit my face and looks very bad.
I pointed out the issue multiple times and asked her 4–5 times to correct both the shape and the unevenness. One eyebrow was noticeably higher than the other, yet she was unable to fix it. I was very surprised that someone working in a salon did not seem to know the proper steps needed to create or correct an arched eyebrow shape.
What disappointed me most was the lack of knowledge and confidence in correcting the mistakes. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I left with uneven eyebrows and a shape I specifically asked not to have.
Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this service based on the results I received.

The lady who owns this needs to learn how to respect people and how to show empathy. Also first learn how to do waxing and threading properly before passing unnecessary comments on people's pain tolerance and skin quality. Left midway due to severe pain. Now I have scars on my face because of her threading.

The worst place to fix your nails, I went to a nail removal and they hurt me and broke my natural nail. The woman who attended me didn’t even know how to grab the drill didn’t even remove all the material and they still charged me. The worst experience I’ve ever had

I got my haircut after 1 year. I told the hairdresser Lady that I want layers from the back and curtain bangs at front. First of all I had very long hair I told her I don’t want to shorten up my hair so cut as less as you can. I am so disappointed that she literally cut my hair straight from back which she was saying its a long layer cut which can be seen in the picture that there is no layer. Curtain bangs what she did is not bad. Service was worst.
