Horrible money gougers even with 100%
Coverage they want you to pay ...I got a tooth filled and she says oh it's a deep hole your probably gonna need a root canal lol I stayed of fixing it right there she fills my tooth and sends me home to be in more pain then wants to bill me to look at it again and apply the freezing lol what a Sam and a joke these people need to be shut down ...I call the same day to reach and bam absolutely bar none the best professional service I ever seen above and beyond everyone should go there not here ...there people want your money while they smile in your face lol 😂 horrible horrible dentist and they ripped me off at that and I will...read full review
Great experience from beginning to end. I had a part of my dental sealant chip and fall off, exposing a side of my tooth, and had to get it repaired. I called several dental practices to look into options but none like Arbutus North Dental. From the moment I got in touch with Grace I was welcomed and listened to. The team worked around providing solutions and helping me by arranging an appointment on the very same day (!! so rare in Vancouver), and worked around my schedule. Grace helped me by providing several quotes and explaining their differences. When I went into the appointment, Dr. Ida was absolutely the best. Google and their website hours are NOT accurate. Both says they close at 8pm on Wednesday. The receptionist also confirmed the same thing over the phone. I'm here on Wednesday at 7pm and it's already closed.
