DC Motorworks is a highly recommended auto repair shop known for its honesty, efficiency, and exceptional service. The skilled team, led by Derek and Wayne, has earned the trust of many loyal customers who have been bringing their vehicles to the shop for years. Customers praise the mechanics' expertise, patience, and commitment to ensuring their cars run smoothly. This place had great customer service and were honest about everything. Very reliable. Wayne dealt with me honestly, attentively, and with great care throughout the entire ordeal. He immediately owned up to the issue without making excuses and worked with me on a solution that went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. Wayne got him in the next morning, reviewed the issue, realized the starter connection was just loose, and had the team tighten and crimp it without charging for the work because it was a quick fix. These guys are honest and kind, and I couldn't say better things about them. It's rare to find a shop that is as customer-centric as the team at DC Motorworks. DC Motorworks has awesome technicians that put care and hard work into their service. From simple to more complex services, they do a great job and prices are affordable. They do work on EV's.
I’ve been bringing my van and other vehicles here for years. Derek and Wayne and their staff are the best. They are honest people, and being a lady who knows nothing about cars it’s good to know a mechanic who won’t take advantage of you. Feel very confident about giving them this long overdue review.

They asked me all the right questions before jumping to conclusions. They ultimately traced the problem to a loose… read full review
I had a great experience with DC Motorworks. Wayne initially told me that I might need to replace the front CV axle, but after they properly inspected the vehicle, he sent me a detailed report explaining that replacement was not necessary. Instead, they cleaned the affected area and applied lubricant.
That really showed me that these guys are honest and fair. They could have easily charged me for an expensive replacement, but they didn’t recommend work that wasn’t needed.
After having some disappointing experiences with Hyundai dealership service departments, the difference was noticeable. The team at DC Motorworks took their time, patiently came on a test drive… read full review
