I booked a regular carpet cleaning with Stephanie, who was very prompt with responses and sent confirmation and reminder emails which is very helpful with a busy schedule. They sent an estimate for my ~400 ft^2 apartment which was $220.50 (this was ~$50 less than some other companies I had gotten quotes from).
The technician, William, was great and he did a really good job. There was a coffee stain in the carpet that he was able to get out just with the regular machine so that was awesome! I felt bad about the extra steps in the hallways of my building but William was a trooper. I would definitely recommend Dazzle!
Wonderful experience again! This is not our first time using Dazzle and each time the experience has been top notch. William is kind, polite and cares about the job at hand. Stephanie is always on top of everything and the overall communcation couldn't be better.
Once again, we are dazzled by Dazzle - getting stains out of a chair upholstered in white fabric and brightening up our carpet and area rugs. And all done efficiently and with a smile.
