We’ve been bringing our anxious pups here for 5 years and we absolutely love the service and staff. We’re regulars here since we bring our dogs to have their nails trimmed. Maki is super gentle and empathetic with our dogs, especially our pup, Dobby. She doesn’t try to force it and anytime she ain’t able to get a decent trim in, she waives the fee. Genuinely appreciate the care and professionalism from not just Maki, but the whole team.
Fun fact: you know they’re dog people when they know you by your dog’s name only ?
Shawna was really nice and made sure I have all the information I need. Mocha looked really happy when I picked her up. Her tooth and gums look much better now. See before and after photos attached.
My dog had non sedation teeth cleaning and Amira did a fantastic job. I really didn’t think it was possible as my dog is high energy but my pups teeth look amazing. Amira even sent before and after pics. Could not be more pleased with this service.
