Kyle was on time and personable. He explained everything he was going to do. He also informed us that some stains may return if they are in the padding. He also explained that there was something they could do about it on a later visit.. Anyway Kyle was here for about two hours and did a fantastic job. The carpets look great.

I have used the service twice now for carpet cleaning/pet stain odor removal. They are friendly, kind ,caring and efficient. Obviously, I have pets and they were super excited to meet them.
