I have always been satisfied with my results 5 stars. My stylist is Aysia. Been a longtime customer for 7 years. I previously left a negative review due to an unpleasant experience with a front desk member who insisted on charging a cancellation fee after my phone call with them caused me to miss the cancellation window by one minute. As a longtime customer, I felt extremely disrespected by how the situation was handled. However, I want to acknowledge that the staff member did follow up with an email to apologize, and I truly appreciated that gesture. It showed accountability and a willingness to make things right.

Heather is an absolute saint for long or wavy/curly hair. I only go in once or twice a year and she still remembers me every time. I've been burned before with cuts that look like triangles or stylists cutting off way more than I thought they would, and so I'm sure I'm a bit a ball of nervous energy in her chair, but she immediately puts me at ease. If you're at all nervous about keeping your length, she will be careful and honest about how much is coming off. She's so patient when it comes to layer and bang length, for me just taking off a little at a time while it's dry and showing me step by step. I have been getting my hair cut by Meaghan for nearly 10 years at Citrus, and this continues to be the best salon I’ve ever been to. The nicest staff across the board, a beautiful space with lots of ways to elevate your experience (the coffee/tea options, the snacks, and now the extended food and bevvy menu(!! how fun)) and add some pampering treatments if you’re needing the extra TLC! Adding the little extra head massage to my haircut has been a game changer.
