My wife and I went to get 80 minute facials for our honeymoon and I must say WOAH! It was truly an amazing service and the staff are so kind and accommodating. We are very big fans and the pricing was very fair. Next time we're in Vancouver, we will be back!
I got a facial done here and it was very nice. The spa facilities come with showers and a steam room. Treatment rooms are very nice and usually outfitted with your own bathtub, toilet and shower. Couples suites are available too.
Tea and snacks are provided.
If you go on your birthday, you will get their soap bar and bath bomb as a gift.
I've been to many spas but Chi Spa stands out to me. It's typical for restaurants or spas to ask "are you celebrating something?" but they use it to have a conversation or say "Happy Birthday". At Chi Spa, we told them that my sister, mother and I hadn't been together for a while and we were taking some time together. They made us feel SO special and even brought out a little cake and complimentary champagne for us. That is a touch I will NEVER forget on a special day. This is a pricier spa for sure, but their service makes up for it. Thank you Chi Spa!
