I have been taking my 98 year old Mom for a perm and haircut to Cathay Salon for a couple years now. Raymond does a fantastic job and Mom loves her new hairdo each time. Her curls lasts a few months and the perm doesn't ruin her hair or over dries it out. There are different grades of perm solutions and Raymond always asks what kind we would like.Raymond helps my Mom in and out of her chair and with the walker too. Raymond and his brother, Edward runs and owns the place. They are both very friendly, kind, understanding and professional. Edward cut my long (and fine) hair and did a great job. He is knowledgeable, listened to my requests and my hair appears fuller as I had hoped for. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would return for my next cut. Can't beat the price.
