When we were exporting/importing our car from the US to Canada, we were led on a not-so-merry go round of frustration with trying to get our failed car (running lights needs to stay on in Canada) passed in Canada. Canadian Tire was saying we had to go to a KIA dealership and EVERY KIA dealership in Lower Mainland said that I had to go to Canadian Tire.

Went to Canadian Tire this week for car maintenance. Keeper provided excellent service, explaining everything clearly with no hidden fees and giving a professional, transparent quotation. One small area for improvement is that the maintenance report was a bit brief. For example, last time it included brake pad thickness, tire tread depth, and recommendations, but this time it did not, which could be confusing. Overall, it was a smooth experience and a trustworthy auto shop.
