All the staff here are very helpful and friendly. Today, I picked up my repaired PC, and the manager in the blue shirt kindly helped carry it to the underground parking. This isn’t the first time they’ve gone out of their way to help customers.
Great experience with this company. When I needed to return a part because I realized I made a mistake in diagnostics I brought the mostly unused part back in its packaging to try to get an exchange for the part, they tested it and gave a full value exchange.
