I’ve consistently had poor experiences at this location. The staff member who works the counter is often unfriendly and the service is very slow. I dread when my packages are sent here because pickup is always a frustrating process.

Most recently, the depot refused Purolator deliveries without notice, causing my package to be returned to the seller right before Christmas and forcing me to spend hours on hold to resolve the issue. When I asked for clarification about when deliveries would resume, I was given no information.

Absolutely horrible the lady in their store is so rude that she needs to be immediately fired. Had to pick up a UPS parcel. It took me 15 minutes to pick it up because she was being impossible about stupid things and then she was yelling at me like in some way I'm obligated to her. Absolutely horrible experience and I'd never step foot in that store again. I recommend that everyone place a parcel pickup at a different location cause if you choose this location then you're hands down in for a terrible experience.

Actually, the experience was pretty good. The lady even went to the back and looked for my package despite the number being written by purolator
being illegible so she took the extra effort for that and that was pretty good.
