They are professional, responsive, and accommodating of my renovation schedule. The process is smooth from start to finish, and the final product is top-notch. We can to the showroom on a weekend to pick out hardwood flooring and Dale was extremely helpful, courteous and thoughtful throughout the whole process. He answered all of our questions and worked hard to be very flexible for us. We'll definitely be stopping by here first next time we need flooring.
