Very helpful, very friendly. I always feel welcome. We stop by for water, toys and treats, and have used their puppy baths a number of times. Great place, and my dog always wants to stop by when we’re walking past on the way to the dog park.

I come regularly to use the dog wash. It's such a great setup, so much easier than wrangling my big pup into the bath at home! Staff is always friendly and spoils my pup with lots of treats :)

I often get good service at this Bosley's. However yesterday they went above and beyond. The dark haired gentleman with glasses literally helped save the planet. Pet stores are always short on Royal Canin Digestion loafs in sauce. I have to drive all over to get them for my "finicky" lovable hairball prone cats.. The Bosley's employee found an entire flat for me and now saved all sorts of gas driving around, including to North Van..Cheers, thanks Bosley's
