We did not go to this location, but we caught Paul while he was a guest at Tech Noir Tattoo in Victoria. He was phenomenal to work with! My husband and I came as walk ins on our honeymoon and he fit us in before he left back for Vancouver. He was professional, friendly, and we LOVE our tattoos. I gave him a vague sketch of what I wanted and he turned it into something beautiful! Would happily recommend Paul to others.

Eric Brunning is one of the most talented artists in this city! As is Jesse Williams. Highly recommend this spot. I've had 8 tattoos from Eric and they've been a breeze. Perfect experience.

I have been seeing Paul on and off since 2010 for close to 50+ hours of work. Paul has always displayed unparalleled professionalism and passion for any ideas I’ve brought him whether it's a small piece or a sprawling, elaborate sleeve. He approaches each project with precision and creativity.Black Rider Tattoo has a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone. The friendly demeanor, professionalism, and meticulous attention to hygiene and safety standards instill confidence and trust from the moment you step into the shop. I haven’t been tattooed by any of the other artists but have interacted with all of them many times and it’s always been a fun experience.
