Got to say it. He’s saved us 4 times so far. The other shops say sorry we can fix that flat, time to buy new tires….i should just drive the extra distance without even thinking twice. Good luck finding another shop that will fix sidewall punctures or holes to close. So far the repairs have been perfect.
Yes the shop customer service can be a little challenging compared to others. But just go with it and all will be good ;)
Can’t recommend enough. Wish more shops out there could do what they do!

Big O Tires is my go to for tire repairs. I recently went in after finding a nail in my tire, and as always, Randy was excellent, honest and easy to talk to. Pricing is super reasonable, and the whole experience was quick and stress free. Don’t take things too seriously and you’ll be in great hands. Highly recommend!

Randy was kind enough to fill my tire with air. It was unexpectedly flat a half block away, I inched my way there and he took the time to fill my tire between his active jobs. Thanks Randy
