Jerry, Michelle and William were incredible during our reflexology treatment. Each of them exuded such expertise and kindness. Jerry immediately identified, via the meridians on my calves and feet, where my health concerns lay. He was 100% accurate. As he treated me, he also educated me on all that I can do to improve my overall health. This is the OG Big Feet clinic in Vancouver and the standard is set high!

My husband and I called and asked if they're able to take us in for a last minute booking for a foot massage and they were able to accommodate us~ They were super nice and welcoming when we first arrived and the place is very clean.

My massage therapist, Kelly, was very nice and kindly asked me how I like the pressure and she was very consistent throughout the entire massage. Since I like a firm and hard pressure, it was very painful for me since I had a lot of tightness and knits all over my neck/shoulders and legs. However right after I felt so light and relaxed! William, Kathy, and Jerry were absolutely amazing today! They went above and beyond during my massage and even stayed back a little after closing (they close at 10:30). So kind and thoughtful. I always come here for the complimentary neck massage with the foot massage, this is the only location that does it! Every time I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. They are such sweet and friendly people, truly a gem of a team!
