I’ve been coming here for a while now and everytime I come in I’m instantly relaxed by the space and atmosphere the owners and staff have created. I’ve seen 2 RMTs there now, both of them unique in their style but equally effective in working on the tensions and stress in my body. I have had such a positive experience I’ve recommended my partner come in as well. I would highly recommend coming here if you want a space that welcomes you, soothes you, and make you feel comfortable; in addition, RMTs that listen to your needs and help with achieving your ultimate goals of feeling back to your normal self!

Very cozy, warm, and the therapist, Natalie, was very attentive and knowledgeable. She helped me with tension in my neck, shoulders, back and hips. The session was exactly was I needed!

Would highly recommend! Clara was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The environment and the whole experience was very positive and calming. I also appreciated the inclusion of a land acknowledgement on their website. Will definitely be back.
