The Saleman who sold me mu Samsung wa was super cool, very informed and very honest about which phone suited my needs , I think his mame was Russell ? He is the second in command, and the manager was asking, him his assistant for the all answers,mostly , so I said The badges should be exchanged the other way around ,you should wear manager tag and he be your second because He clearly knows his stuff and he did my data transfer swiftly and I am one happy camper with my new A14 ?

Fantastic customer service from the whole team, especially Russ since he was the one I dealt with the most. I was trying to upgrade my phone during the black Friday event, but being locked in a family plan where I was not the account holder made it very difficult. Considering my mom was the account holder and she lives a province away, I didn't know what to do. Russ went so far as to speak to 2 Telus reps over the phone for me to figure out what we could do, and answered all my questions during the multiple times I was in and out of the store that day trying to make things work. Great customer service from Russ. Helped set up monthly sim deals, with us being new to Canada his knowledge was invaluable. Provided lots of information and choices. Very much recommended for newcomers
