I just went in to troubleshoot a soundbar I bought earlier that had a problem. I spoke with Justin and Daksh and they were both very patient and kind with their time. They figured out and solved my problem, even tho the original purchase was at another best buy. I'll be back to see them the next time I need to buy something. Thanks!
