Was recently in a Best Buy. Wanted to ask if a specific product was in stock but had to wait for 10 mins. for anyone to come around. Just to be clear, there were more staff than customers in the store at the time. It's not the first time that I've had a bad experience in regards to customer service but I'll just buy on line.

Very poor service. Bought a portable a/c and had a part missing when compared to the pamphlet given. Went back to the store to inquire. Lots of sales persons around but not willing to help. Waited for a long time and left in disgust. Have been with them for close to 14 years, getting all my electronics here, but this is the limit.

Central location and welcoming... The staff go out of their way to assist you. However, on Boxing Day week it was not the best service... and wasn't extremely busy that day.Overall... the store was clean and displayed out nicely... Good experience & product service.
