I cannot recommend Bay Wellness Centre enough, especially Dr. Megan Maycher.
After feeling dismissed and unheard for far too long by our medical system, finding Dr. Maycher has been truly life-changing. She listened to my concerns with compassion, took my symptoms seriously, and helped me realize they were not “all in my head.” For the first time in a long time, I felt seen, understood, and supported.
I initially decided to try a naturopath after a close friend, who was navigating perimenopause herself, highly recommended Bay Wellness Centre. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health.

I scheduled a trigger point injection for the tight muscles around my right shoulder blade - I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. Dr. Annie Savage Suggested multiples needles/acupuncture first for a longer lasting effect. I got instant relief and my shoulder has been in great shape silence. Dr. Savage was incredibly kind and very informative about the causes of the condition and her process of healing it. She talked to me the entire time, put me at ease and made me feel safe and comfortable. Really glad I picked that clinic - was my first time.
I met Megan for the first time yesterday, and I honestly had such a great experience. She went through everything in great detail and made sure I fully understood everything we discussed. You can truly tell that she genuinely cares about your well-being and wants to help you feel your best. She’s also super easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable right away. I’m really looking forward to continuing my health journey with her!
