I got the oil massage and Shirodhara package with Indian head massage add-on and cannot recommend it enough. My nervous system is always so stuck in Sympathetic overdrive - it views relaxation as a threat. Olga is so kind, compassionate, gentle, skilled and generous, the treatments transported me in a way no other treatments have. The warm oil felt so amazing! I fell asleep during the Shirodhara! Can hardly wait to go back!
Today I went back for the Nasal treatment, a must for allergy sufferers and the photo shows it relaxed me more than sleeping.

I ordered few packets of incense, a toothpaste and two deodorants from them.
Incense: They're made with natural ingredients and you can smell it right away after lighting up. The smell is refreshing, you get little smoke in the room but that's very light and good smell from them. Great quality product for sure.
Toothpaste: It's light, made with all natural ingredients and you can taste those while brushing the teeth and smells great as well.

***UPDATE: Ayurveda Vancouver came through in the end, and I sincerely appreciate it. All I was hoping for was some communication and a bit of effort, and despite the time that had passed, they followed through. I received my Copper Water Bottle on Monday, filled it that night, and enjoyed my first drink from it yesterday morning. Thank you very much for taking the time to make this right!
