I’ve been dealing with Greg for many years and he has moved in now with Aurora service has always been excellent diagnostics right on key. Every time price has always been good and fair. Can’t ask for anything more very happy with the services they provided for me over the years.

I've been a customer of Greg for over 10 years with several vehicles for business and personal. When he moved into this shop I followed. Some new faces took getting used to but Gagan at the front desk has been a pleasure to work with and Yudhvir goes above and beyond what would be expected for my service needs, I always recommend this shop to friends and family, great team!

Greg should be one and THE ONLY ONE, running the front of the shop. He delivers short, sweet, and direct information to our ears. He is clear, informative and socially open. This is the formula! He certainly demonstrates and out performs his co-workers by MILES. Communicating with any other front of shop staff is a risk not even YOUR insurance can compensate! The technicians are largely skilled and that is because they are compensating for the shorter end of the stick in the store front. Horrendously lacking in administrative organization skills, customer care, and conflict management. In all truths, the technicians are barely compensating enough though.
