My mom hasn’t had a professional haircut in about 20 years because we grew up in a very frugal household with three kids.
She has had haircuts before, but never with a Japanese stylist. I secretly booked her an appointment at AUBE as a gift. She was really happy, but also a bit nervous that she might not like the result.
We got Kohki as her stylist and he was incredibly gentle, attentive, and very detail oriented. My mom felt comfortable right away and really liked him.

Amazing experience with Anne! First, I was able to book the day before - with lots of time slots available. Second, she was extremely friendly when I got there and asking me all the right questions and making sure as she was cutting my hair that the length was what I wanted. And on top of that it was the BEST head massage I've had at a hair salon. Incredible!! Highly recommend!!

This was the 4th time when I had Mowa cut my hair. She has a good smile every time I go to the hair salon, which brings me the sense of relief. Although I’m here to have my hair cut, I think I can say I make a reservation so that I can talk to her. She definitely figures out what I want her to do. So I don’t need to explain the detail.
