As a Strata Property Manager, I have worked with Atlas Pest at several properties all over the Lower Mainland. Quinn and the team have a quick response rate and turnaround time for requests. Pricing is competitive and detailed reporting is provided each visit. They are very knowledgeable with providing solutions to multiple, different issues that can arise, and tailor it according to a client’s needs. I worry less knowing Atlas Pest services the buildings I manage.
Their representative, Louis, was fantastic! He provided me with a 15min ETA and was on time. He wore shoe covers and efficiently completed his assessment but it was his expertise and personable manner that made the biggest difference to me! It’s very nerve wracking having a pest trying to invade your home and Louis was able to calm me down and provide the reassurance I needed!! Thank you so much!! ????
