I woke up to a racoon forcing its way in to my attic and making a huge racket … I called several services and this gentleman answered the phone at 5 am!his service was priced competitively and he could come that day so I booked him. As mentioned he was very responsive by text and showed up on time. He couldn’t find any sign of raccoons so he set cage traps and said he’d come back. 20 minutes after he left we saw the raccoon on our roof! Even though it was the end of a long day he turned around and came back when we called, chased the raccoon off and blocked up the entry hole. I can agree with the reviews below, a very kind gentleman who's willing to do extra to get his job done. It was cool to learn the little tricks where insects may usually hang out. After his work, I came home hours later seeing dead bugs on the floor, so his service definitely works.
Recently, I hired Obaid to rid the house from ants. I found him to be punctual, competent, and confident of his work. As promised, he effectively took care of the problem. His customer service is excellent and he stands behind his work. I give him six stars.
