I could not be more disappointed. Over a period of about six months during which I was choosing fabric and obtaining a quote, I left numerous phone messages, stopped at the store and left written notes and eventually resorted to emails. Calls we're not returned, hand written notes were ignored and I would stop at the store to find they had closed early. Eventually I dropped off some parts of a sofa with detachable back and arm rests along with the fabric I had chosen. Six weeks later when I followed up, nothing had been done.
