Excellent selection and service. Jay knows his entire inventory very well, is responsive, customer focused, and very easy to do business with. No hard sell or upsell, and no unrealistic opening prices in the expectation of a drawn out bargaining process. Would gladly buy from him again.

I had a great experience at this store. After looking at a few other rug shops in Vancouver, I found Ararat had the best selection, good prices and excellent customer service. Having found nothing of interest at the other stores, I was pleased to quickly find four different rugs we liked, and the final decision was made easy when Ararat brought these to our house to see which one looked best in the living room. All of the guys working there were exceptionally friendly and accommodating: Jay [the owner], Hussain and Evan who assisted us, and Driuysh who greeted us. Highly recommended!
