This is the person who had the treatment done last week. This time, there was a different person in charge than usual, and I won't name her, but she was blonde. Honestly, the results are the worst. I also work in the hospitality industry, and it's been a while since I've seen someone behave like that. He was clearly cold to other employees in front of customers, and he never treated me well. Why is it so expensive even at checkout? The quality and quality of the product was not suitable for it to be priced that high. I've already gotten 3 bottles in just one week. To be honest, I don't want that person to do it again.

First of all, when I arrived at the store, the store was not open and I was kept waiting outside even though it was 5 minutes before. Even after entering, I was kept waiting for preparations. After the nail was completed, it was far from the photo I ordered, there was no gradation, and the length of the nail was different. I do not recommend having Mizuki perform the procedure.

The technician was nice and polite, and I appreciated that, but she was very inexperienced. She did such heavy handed buffing that three of my nails chipped off and she didn’t even notice. Then she had to shorten them again and couldn’t get the shape right. i literally had to tell her what to do. also one of my nails already chipped off after just one day!!! And the shellac colour selection is very very limited.Service: Gel manicures

Not a busy bustling place like most nail salons. I find it peaceful in there, although I do wish they put something on the TV to watch because the nail technician is busy focusing meanwhile it's kind of boring for the customer.There is usually music playing from the back room but there is also a TV with nothing on it but powered on behind the technicians desk.Thanks so listening!

I've been here twice for a spa package. I can't praise this place highly enough. Ayoko's treatments are so professional and relaxing. I love the massage and the scrub so much. The facial was really nice too and so thorough, with many different steps. Thank you so much. I will be back! ?

So happy I discovered this gem last year - the ladies at Aqua Beauty are all so lovely, welcoming, professional and super meticulous. I’ve been to sooo many nail salons and Aqua Beauty is hands down the best! I go for shellac pedi’s and mani’s from Tsukasa and her attention to detail and design is unmatched. I’ve been able to grow out my natural nails with their high quality Japanese shellac polishes they use (instead of having to get extensions) and have had so many compliments on my nails. It’s an intimate atmosphere with less people (which I prefer) and they clean and disinfect everything properly after each use. They also offer spa services like facials, massage, lash extensions, etc and their prices are very fair. Overall chill ambiance, great energy and very skilled in what they do - check them out :-)

This was my first time coming to this spa, I found an amazing deal off groupon for a 2 hour aqua bliss spa package. It came with a massage, a facial a hand massage and head massage. The deal was absolutely worth it. The massage was AMAZING! She got knots I didn’t even know I had! I absolutely loved the whole entire massage, really wish the facial was better though, but overall it was worth it! Ayoko was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! It is so true the massage here is better than Vancouver RMTs and even if I have insurance to cover, I'd rather pay and come here that's how much I am so pleased with their service.
