My partner and me have an almost 6 year old German Shepherd who just always seems to have allergies and he is constantly uncomfortable. He is quite often on some sort of pill to calm his itching. We decided to take him to this clinic last week. Worth absolutely every penny. Everyone who works there knows what they are doing and they work as a team. We got a VERY long time with the Dr.. He explained/taught us so much. All the tests were done right in front of us. there will be follow up visits, but in the meantime we went home with a strategy and a plan laid out for us, and we can already see marked improvement! Also worth noting - we had some questions after the first 4 days of the new diet, the team member I spoke to on the phone had all the time for me and she knew all the answers. thanks folks! see ya in a couple of weeks

After 6 different vet visits in 4 days we were finally referred to Dr Charach by the emergency veterinarian. Dr Charach correctly diagnosed my dog with Stevens-Johnson Syndrome and started her on a course of medication that stopped the progression of her condition. She was back to normal within a few days and has been healthy ever since (7 months). We are so grateful to Dr Charach and his team, and we know who to call should her condition be triggered again. Thank you!

The staff at this clinic are amazing, they have taken such great care of our cat on numerous occasions for various issues (ear infections, IBD) related to allergies.

I happily recommend this clinic. Dr Charach and his staff have been thoughtful, supportive as well as knowledgeable. I further believe my cat is in less ear pain then he has been for years inspite of seeing other vets over the years. I am content and I believe Micah is also.

My experience with Dr. Charach and his staff is very positive. I took my dog there for his Cushing disease and Dr. Charach is very patient and knowledgeable, explaining in details about the disease. He provides constructive feedback and also look at all the other possibilities when new symptoms come up. I trust that my dog is in good hands!

Dr Charach was fantastic. He spent time with us detailing diagnosis and treatment options, he clearly cares about the animals he treats and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. The rest of the staff were friendly and also very knowledgeable and confident. Dr Churak is a great animal dermatologist and very polite, but please be aware that the clinic has a policy of not reimbursing or exchanging the food you purchase once the item has been opened.
