I have been shopping in this store for 15 plus years and the service has been amazing. I read through the comments and had a suspicion that many of them were fake. I have NEVER had bad service in this store. And I visit it frequently. The product lines are superior and lovely. The owner is very pleasant--always. Who are these people who are so horrible to put in such nasty review. It says much more about them than it does about this gem of a store.

I frequently purchase my Oribe shampoo/conditioners here when I can't get to Holt Renfrew in Pacific Centre. Mainly out of convenience!In the past, I purchased many other products from this business. However, the service has never been good, but it has steadily become worse. Were it not for Haley, who has been an employee for a surprisingly length of time, I'd never bother to return to this establishment.
