I always have such a great experience at Allure Nails & Spa. Kaitlyn does an amazing job every single time — she’s detailed, gentle, and really takes pride in her work. The salon is clean, welcoming, and they’ve just added new massage chairs that make the whole visit even more relaxing. There’s a calm, friendly vibe here, and I always leave feeling pampered. Highly recommend, especially Kaitlyn!

Linda gave me the best foot massage I ever had. She pressed all my pressure points that relived so much tension all over but particularly in head. She continued with hot stones and hot towels. It was sublime, nothing like I had actually experienced before. She also didn't try to up sell me on anything I didn't want as I always keep my nails healthy with sometimes take a break from polish. Thank you so very much!! I am really looking foward to my next visit. ???

I am truly sorry for the mistake and for mentioning the wrong salon name. The unpleasant experience I referred to actually happened at the salon located across from yours on Granville Street. I did visit your salon first, but unfortunately your appointments were fully booked at the time. However, the manager’s kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude were truly impressive.
