The quality of the video was HORRID. The owner of the house directed the photographer on what he wanted. The drone photographer did not follow his instructions. What did I get for $400? I got measuring of the house with errors on the description and further the drone video was beyond terrible. The drone flew over the block and there was no way to figure out which house it was. I called Adam and he explained that it would cost an extra $50 to add any more arrows indicating where the house was. The only arrow that he used to indicate where the house was.......it pointed out the neighbours house. To add insult to injury Adam was condescending and rude. I have used a min of 10 drone firms and this company was the worst. I showed the video to the owner of the home and he was extremely disappointed in the quality. So what did I get for the $400? A video that I threw in the garbage and a poorly measured house. The only reason this review is two stars rather than one is they actually showed up on time

The quality of the work is top tier, super slick, high-end photos and a stylish, well-produced video that really elevated our listing. He was also very flexible with scheduling, efficient on-site and managed to capture everything in a short amount of time without compromising quality.
