I contacted Absolute Roof Solutions about the crumbling brick chimney on my old house. From the first, they showed great customer service -- prompt, helpful, professional. Ondrej, their specialist technician, conducted a careful inspection, taking abundant photos that he walked me through -- no high pressure, just very informative. When I signed the very reasonable deal, Ondrej and crew arrived promptly and worked almost non-stop for 8 hours -- good communications with me throughout. I was very happy with the work of Absolute Roof Solutions, which re-roofed my flat carport roof and the shingle-covered house. His written estimate was very detailed, which increased my confidence that the job would be done to a high standard. Kizi Melo (an Absolute Roof Solutions technican) restored 2 decks, both getting older and weathered, in our Kitsilano duplex. She provided excellent service, very competent workmanship, detailed in ensuring that all torchon membranes were fully restored. The decks look new again, and I'll sleep better knowing the roof decks are well maintained.
