A friend recommended A1 when my storm drains started backing up. I was impressed by their quick response. Michael, their on-site lead, arrived with a van full of tools and used a scope and detector to locate a sump in the front yard that had been hidden under landscaping and a potted pine tree.
The team checked in at each step, carefully cleared the area with minimal impact to the garden, and climbed into the sump to clear the blockage. Their can-do attitude and customer focus were top-notch. I can see why they were recommended - A1 will be the first company I call for future plumbing needs.

Bernard was great. Our upstairs neighbours clogged our condo pipes and it was back flowing into our sink with grease and food debris. I was not going to be able to sleep at night without it being resolved. He came late into the evening and stayed until after midnight to make sure the problem was resolved. Super impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of work. He took care to make sure he protected our flooring and cleaned everything up as if they were never here.
