I loved the service. Michelle was great with my nails, made them look so pretty and she is the sweetest person!The lady who did my hair was super sweet and catered to exactly what I asked of her. ?

I had an awesome experience at 2nd look Spa. Especially with Michelle Cui, she squeezed me in with her tight schedule for massage - due to my shoulder and arm hurting. I really appreciate it :). The session was relieving, she found all my knots and she applied just a good amount of pressure to my knots. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Phoned the spa last minute to get my nails done before our Christmas gala.Michelle was willing to stay late to help me and she was very patient when I got indecisive on what I want for my nails.She did a very good job and my nails are very cute now. She also gave a very reasonable price although I had crystals on all my fingers!To conclude: The time booking flexibility is good. Service was good. Location was good. Staff were friendly. Nail job is good!Pleas continue to be excellent!
