Called the other day and spoke to Michelle who transferred me to Paula to discuss some questions regarding house insurance. The two girls were extremely polite and helpful even with the smallest request. However, I overheard what sounded like their supervisor (from the way she was talking) in the background and the way she spoke to Michelle sounded like someone who shouldn't be in a position as such... hence the 4 stars.

I recently moved my family into a large farmhouse, and due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to leave the property suddenly and find a new home. This experience was incredibly stressful and really highlighted the importance of having rental insurance.
I had never had rental insurance before and honestly didn’t know where to begin. Paula guided me through the entire process, explaining the coverage clearly and with patience. Her support and knowledge made a very difficult time much more manageable for me and my family.
