Called the other day and spoke to Michelle who transferred me to Paula to discuss some questions regarding house insurance. The two girls were extremely polite and helpful even with the smallest request. However, I overheard what sounded like their supervisor (from the way she was talking) in the background and the way she spoke to Michelle sounded like someone who shouldn't be in a position as such... hence the 4 stars.
Vicki was AMAZING . I haven't cut my hair for 4 years and she did a really good job, so fun to talk to ,very kind ,got me in the same day . Definitely will be going back
