It's so nice to have a tech service close to home instead of having have to drive down to Broadway or East Van not to mention have to cross city lines. Too bad he wasn't able to fix my desktop. Excellent customer service, discount if Check in on Yelp, way better price than London Drugs where they don't even have on site tech person in Kerrisdale nor Dunbar stores.

They were truly wonderful to work with. My MacBook was diagnosed, and it was fixed the same day. I was initially a little concerned, but they made sure I left feeling confident by having me sign on all the important parts of my laptop. They later snapped pictures and WhatsApped them to me.I am incredibly appreciative of and amazed by their service, knowledge, and cost.Highly recommended for people who use laptops.

Spencer who is the computer guru in Tsaw, was absolutely fantastic, fixed and solver all my Office 2021 issues, and I was never happier. The owner had called me Mon night and arrange a meet in North Delta, but was busy, a first class company, thanks so much, Ian S.
