Universal Supply Langley is highly praised for its excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and wide selection. Customers appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of team members like Ashley, who provided expert guidance and support during home renovations, making complex projects easier. The manager, Connor, is recognized for promptly resolving issues, even when not their fault. The store offers a large variety of products, often at better prices than competitors like Amazon, with many items available online due to limited showroom stock. Staff members such as Mike P. go above and beyond, assisting customers with assembly and installation needs, saving time and money. Overall, customers are satisfied with the friendly, professional service and competitive prices, making Universal Supply Langley a reliable choice for plumbing, renovation, and supply needs.
I have always enjoyed being their customer. Understanding that their showroom only has a tiny portion of what they supply, it is often best to find what you are looking for online first. They seem to have it all.The best part being that they have consistently had best prices, beating Amazon, or other retail.
Our bathroom reno would not have proceeded as well (or at all) without the A+ service & expertise from Ashley at Universal Supply Langley. She has been so helpful, compassionate & friendly while assisting us with every aspect of our reno, so important since we had no idea at all about home renovations. I would recommend Ashley & her 5 star assistance to anyone who is considering a renovation.
First time visit to this store...I think this review is well deserved. I don't usually leave reviews but I was so impressed by the customer service that Mike P. provided this AM. He spent extra time to help me out even though there was people lining up behind. He pieced and assembled some various items I needed for a dishwasher install, saving me from further expense and headache. Great CSR and great prices. Definitely recommend them if you need plumbing help!
