I got to the end of a project and realized that my last piece of lumber had an entirely different grain pattern compared to every other piece - it ruined the final look. I visited the Langley branch as the original purchase location was closed and I couldn't wait for the following day. I explained the situation and why I didn't have the original receipt. The staff member was incredibly helpful and swapped the piece to one that matched the other grain patterns. In terms of service you could not ask for anything more. Thank you!
