Kelly took at least 45 minutes of his time to help us, explaining different pieces, materials, and price points. He was not pushy for sales at all and genuinely was eager to help us find what we needed. I ended up making a special order and came in to have my jewelry changed yesterday. Madison at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Kennedy changed my nose ring and was gentle, kind, and made me feel super comfortable. All around great service from all the staff here and it is so clear that they truly care about providing honest, quality piercings above making $. They also have a huge selection of services and jewelry to choose from!“
