I rarely leave reviews but these guys deserve 5 stars!! I came in a couple months ago with my friend to shop for jewelry. Kelly took at least 45 minutes of his time to help us, explaining different pieces, materials, and price points. He was not pushy for sales at all and genuinely was eager to help us find what we needed. I ended up making a special order and came in to have my jewelry changed yesterday. Madison at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Kennedy changed my nose ring and was gentle, kind, and made me feel super comfortable. Amazing service. I got my helix piercing done about a week ago and it's already healing so well and barely hurts. Madison at the front desk was very nice, gave us great advice and was very helpful.
Kennedy was the one who pierced my ear and she was so professional and had so much knowledge. She guided me through the whole process so well and explained in detail how to take care of it. She was so patient too, because I took a lot of time choosing the right piece of jewellery for me, and they had an amazing variety of options to choose from. I have been coming to West Coast Piercing for 20 years, I got to bring my daughter in for her septum and the experience was everything I could have asked for; the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating for us and our pup, they listened to exactly what was wanted, what the concerns were etc and as always, we will definitely be back :))
