ENVISION OPTOMETRY (at COSTCO)

I had an comprehensive eye exam today at Envision Optometry inside Costco, Surrey. I met Dr Amninder S. Toor during my appointment and i would say, honestly i am highly satisfied with the service. He treated me very nicely and politely explained every step and answered all my questions genuinely. The detailed exam went for an hour and each and every aspect was thoroughly checked. I strongly recommend this place to get your eye exams at a affordable cost and especially if you want the best client service. :) Keep up the great work.

My experience with this optometry is the worst I have ever had, I have 3 different prescriptions and none of them worked, just wasted time and money because of the lack of experience or knowledge of that particular Doctor that took my case they told he blamed the Costco lab but no, the problem was him. Tired, I decided to try in another clinic with other Dr. and worked.. I cannot recommend this optometry if you dont want to lose money or time avoid this clinic at Costo Port Coquitlam.

Rude workers at the front desk - tried to give phone numbers to order contact lenses (I’ve bought them there before) and when they didn’t work I tried giving different names it could be under. For context, my legal first name is listed as my middle name on the prescription but my middle name is listed as my first so I gave both. The cashier (red hair, glasses) sassed me and told me to provide my correct name cause she wouldn’t know.. which Costco screwed up the naming convention on the prescription. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
